The agreement between you and Refinery when you use our products and site. Written to be read.

These terms are a contract between you and Sirawit Yingcharoen, operating as Refinery.co, Bangkok 10230, Thailand. They apply when you create an account, download MAG, Alloy, Clueless, or OI, or use refinery-agi.com. Refinery.sol engagements are governed by their signed engagement agreement; where that agreement is silent, these terms apply. By using the services you accept these terms. If you use them for a company, you confirm you may bind that company.
We provide the products described on this site as they exist at the time you use them. Features change as we ship. Products marked as beta or in build may be incomplete, may change without notice, and may be withdrawn. We will give reasonable notice before discontinuing a paid product and refund any prepaid, unused period.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where practical, we warn first.
Your data stays yours. The records you import, the pages you connect, and the content you create are yours, and you grant us only the licence needed to run the services for you. We use it as described in the privacy policy, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models that serve other customers. You are responsible for having the right to any data you bring to the services.
The services, their code, design, and the Refinery, MAG, Alloy, Clueless, OI, and Refinery.sol names are ours or our licensors’. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the software for its intended purpose. Connectors submitted through Clueport are licensed to us under the terms stated in the kit, and the author keeps ownership of their code. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation.
Some features generate text, analysis, or predictions from models. Output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. It is not financial, legal, tax, or academic advice. Check it before you act on it. You are responsible for decisions you make using the services, including filings, grades, and purchasing decisions. Clueless is a study aid. You remain responsible for your own academic integrity and for following your university’s rules.
Clueless has four plans: Free, Plus, Pro, and Max. Plus, Pro, and Max are sold as a monthly plan or as a prepaid term.
If you buy Clueless from the Apple App Store, Apple’s terms apply to that purchase, including Apple’s billing and refund rules. Apple’s standard end user licence agreement applies alongside these terms.
The services can connect to platforms we do not control, such as Google Calendar, Google Classroom, marketplaces, and university systems. Their terms govern your use of them. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or changes that break a connection, though we will try to restore it.
We promise to provide the services with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, the services are provided as is. We do not promise they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we make no promise about the results you will get from using them. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.
To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable to the other for indirect, consequential, or special loss, lost profit, or lost data. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or THB 10,000 if you paid nothing. These limits do not apply to death or personal injury, fraud, or breaches of the data clause above.
You may close your account at any time from Settings or by writing to us. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we discontinue a service with notice. On termination your licence ends, and we delete your data as set out in the privacy policy. Sections on data, property, liability, and disputes survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes go to the courts of Bangkok, unless consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there. Before either side files anything, we will try to resolve the matter by talking, starting with an email to support@refinery-agi.com.
We will post the new version here with a new effective date. For material changes we will email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the services after that date means you accept the new terms.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, the privacy policy, and the refund policy are the whole agreement between us for the services.
