How cancellations and refunds work across everything we sell: Clueless monthly plans and prepaid terms, other monthly subscriptions, token allowances, and Refinery.sol engagements.

This section does not apply to Clueless. Where a product is sold as a monthly subscription, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops all future billing, and access continues until the end of the current paid month. The current month is non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
Clueless sells two kinds of paid plan, both charged in Thai baht through Stripe. A monthly plan renews every month until you cancel. Cancel any time from Manage plan and you keep access to the end of the month you have paid for. A prepaid term covers 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, is paid once, and never renews.
Refunds on a prepaid term. You can ask for a refund at any time. We refund the unused part of what you paid — the share of each paid term not yet used, counted by time — less a 15% processing fee. For example, a 12-month term paid at ฿4,192 and refunded with nine months left returns nine twelfths of ฿4,192 less 15%, about ฿2,672. Time you did not pay for, such as a trial or a promotion, is not refunded.
Refunds on a monthly plan. You can ask for a refund of the current month. We refund that month’s price multiplied by the share of your monthly allowance that is still left, measured by the allowance you have used the most of. For example, if 40% of your most-used allowance is left on Pro at ฿499 a month, we refund ฿499 × 0.4, which is ฿199. Allowances are counted from the first day of the calendar month.
Your account page at refinery-agi.com/clueless_account shows what you would get back if you asked today. Refunds are rounded down to the whole baht. A refund ends your plan when it is made, and a monthly plan stops renewing. We pay refunds in Thai baht to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 14 days of approval. If your bank converted the original charge, the amount you receive in your own currency may differ.
We refund in full, with no processing fee, if we stop offering Clueless, if we close your account without cause, if a material change to the terms disadvantages you part-way through a period you already paid for, or if you were charged twice or by mistake. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. A Clueless purchase is a single payment, so that right can cover the full amount, without the processing fee in section 02. Write to us inside that window and we will treat a good-faith request as your right. Where you ask us to begin supplying immediately — which is what happens when a plan activates on purchase — you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate supply and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Where you have not given that consent and acknowledgement, your 14-day right is unaffected and we will refund you in full on request within that period. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.
Monthly token allowances are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable, except where a Clueless monthly refund in section 02 counts the allowance left. Tokens are usable only for Refinery services and expire at the end of each month with no rollover.
Cancellation and refund terms for Refinery.sol are defined in each signed engagement agreement. Deposits are non-refundable, including where an engagement is cancelled before work begins.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through Refinery.co. Nothing here limits your rights under Thai consumer protection law. Where local consumer-protection law grants you additional rights, those rights are not affected.
